POPE FRANCIS
He's John Paul I in the mirror! His unexpected election is due just to that ressemblance and, thus, conveys a shocking message
My God! The new pope's smiling very much reminds us of Albino Luciani's (below), Pope John Paul I, who was poisoned just after 33 days in charge. As you can see, their looks are also similar.
The resemblance indeed is such that we are led to propose that his very looks were what decide the election. Facing deadlock, the cardinals in conclave just searched around and spotted - in the very little known counterpart from Argentina - their version of the Brazilian 'Tiririca', that is, the one who would serve to show their revolt with the whole system. (Tiririca, a clown, was elected to Congress).
The very unexpected rushness makes our conclusion a sensible one. The split Church of Rome, as represented by her cardinals in a position to choose and being chosen, has forsaken a long and fierce fight for the 2/3 consensus.
Who else, among world observers, got that atmosphere of anxiety mixed with hopelessness? Or do you think trouble water has gone overnight?
