A 24-year-old undergrad was murdered at USP Universidade de São Paulo in the parking lot of FEA (building housing the courses of economics, business, international relations, accounting and auditing). The contradictions that emerged in the press were so obvious that one thing is sure now: the case will not be properly solved. We are meant just to forget about the shocking crime that marked the Wednesday 18.05.2011. And put up with the 'ostensively patrolling of the military police' in the campus that is now formally established, although its beginning is uncertain.
The young man, owner of an armoured car (allegedly for just the past six months), actually does not seem one more victim of the increasingly common cases of robbery and flash kidnapping in the campus. He was found, supposedly by the "light" outsourcing security service (carrying no guns), lying dead next to his special car, no doubt too expensive for a guy like him. Papers mentioned "witnesses" but no one was actually in that position.
Both tips of his feet were inside the car, while the rest of the body was lying on the ground, chest up to forehead touching it, the right side of the head against the wheel of the car parked on the side, according to an employee of FEA, one of the first people to reach the scene, and whom we ourselves talked with.
Elsewhere, however, not even the place the bullet entered Felipe's body is free of contradicitons and obviously fake versions. Photos on the internet (find link in our post in portuguese) show the corpse in a position different from that described - and later confirmed - by our reliable witness.
Our investigation led us to the conclusion the criminal found the campus an ideal place to kill Felipe Ramos de Paiva, despite the student's precaution measures well ahead the crime. Indeed, the spot of the crime was desert, far from the parking entrance where no more than poor light is in place. The area is not walled or isoled anyway and cameras are lacking. Our witness commented: 'The building is now full of them (cameras), but there there should have been, there is none.'
Tomie Ohtake's work of sculpture - poorly executed in the laws in front of FEA - has been showered by extremely potent lamps (six), fact that now is so embarrassing that all of the lamps were off yesterday, making the sculpture also imersed in darkness.
The rush version of O Estado de S.Paulo mentions one of the door locks were broken and puts this down to a 'fight' between the victim and the bandit, while avoiding mentioning the criminal was armed. Our witness said that 'definetely the gun was a PT-380 that can fire 18 times before recharging'. No papers or other reports allude to the gun.
All this makes us conclude that the criminal forced into the car, where he awaited his victim, that was shot inside the vehicle (both feet inside it means Felipe managed to seat, and so his head was inside the car as well). Papers, in contrast, said 'he tried to entered his car to be protected but there was not enough time', while just one foot is reported to be inside the car.
In daylight we saw the blood stains on the floor - very little for a reported shot in the head - and the design they make is in line with the testimony of our witness, whose name is never mentioned elsewhere. Since other sides of the head are shown clear of any hurt, the shot must have been on the right side of the head-face, and thus it was not from the gun of someone pursuing Felipe since he left the building, but by a gun emerging on the other side. Or from inside the car.
FEA site does not say a word about the case.
The site of the USP Institute of Psychology - www.ip.usp.br - shows a note regretting the event.
Much of the discourse all around is power-oriented. Our texts, rather, will be appreciated by those brave enough to leave the good life of obedience in order to grow and take risks for the benefit of a multitude of others. Welcome! PORTUGUÊS acesse "apresentação do blog" abaixo
