OXFORD DISCUSSES BRAZIL AND AFRICA TOMORROW

During one hour and a half four speakers will be sharing the floor tomorrow at the Latin American Centre of Oxford University, UK,  in an event devoted to discussing bonds between Brazil and Africa.

Funding comes from CAPES (Brazilian government body), the Instituto Rio Branco (a Brazilian government school preparing for diplomatic career) and a certain Mr. Rajeev Misra, whom I have no memory of (the announcement of the event is of no help in such respect either).

Professor Andrew Hurrell, one of the speakers, talked on Rio+20 Conference.
