For seconds, a William and Kate's photo with additions to it was broadcast by BBC, making the fuss of the day, as far as the British monarchy is concerned.
Thanks to the "eagle's eyes' (according to AP agency) of a female viewer of a BBC show this morning, the world came to know about it. That photo of William and Kate appeared long enough for her to notice that, on the head of the prince, there was a drawing of a penis; one simplistic drawing of the male organ anyone is familiar with.
Then what? The TV viewer rushed to the twitter. BBC eventually explained the situation, admitting their fault in not timely finding that drawing among the material furnished by a party due to perform later on a show; the failure eventually led to the blunder of airing the photo.
How serious is the case for BBC? And for the group which provided BBC with the photo?
