A second habeas corpus request (to set Elize Kitano Matsunaga free) was denied two days ago, the paper O Estado de S.Paulo informs in its today edition.
This confirms our report in that the Brazilian State is absolutely determined not to let Elize get into contact with anyone, what would blow the case invented by the police homicide department - the DHPP. She remains isolated. The head of the DHPP, Jorge Carrasco, hides in the backstage.
Worth noting, just before this second denial was reported, the Sunday (24) TV Globo program Fantástico came up with a letter allegedly written by Elize, where her guilt is a topic. Of course, this is one more fraud, which strongly indicates the State is getting unease about the case. So much so that, before declaring Elize is to remain in jail without justification, that letter is aired.
Without justification
Once the DHPP, having rushed to put an end to investigations, sent its flabby report to the plaintiff, there remained no justification to keep Elize in prison according to the law. Before trial, a defendant may be kept in jail if s/he is considered likely to act so as to spoil the investigations (in this case, over). This is wholly different from what the Brazilian State is doing, which is illegally keeping someone isolated, under its control, so as to go on with a spurious criminal accusation until a popular jury - after massive media manipulation - 'decides' that Elize deserves to waste all her many years ahead (she is only 30) apart from the world.
Of course, they will also see to it that not even her daughter, as seventeen years just fly and she comes of age, will ever talk to Elize. So let us pray and fight for the internet to remain free. You readers, please, make sure to find out Elize's daughter whereabouts 17 years from now, and show her all these. No one deserves to be in Elize's place, let alone in her daughter's place, and live with the horrible lie that one's mother cut up the father because of a third of a life insurance, when only the penthouse the couple lived in was worth much, much more.
Elize is not stupid, she just got a diploma as a auctioneer, to add to her degree in law. The couple had plans to work together in a new business - just because, it becomes evident, the fight over the company (Yoki) was mounting. These plans for the future mean one more thing to clash with the police version that Elize and Marcos did not get along.

The State, the media and the billionaire president of Yoki - Mitsuo Matsunaga -, never ever mentioned by Carrasco department (how intriguing...), have all gone too far. In the wake of Marcos's orchestrated murder and macabre distribution of the corpse, they destroyed Elize's life being blind by ambition and/or too much money. We remind you that police officers were being secretly investigated as suspects of Marco's demise (heir of Yoki) just before Carrasco started to put the show on.
A rush to set a trial is now underway.
The fake letter
All the series of deeply flawed police actions immediately renders the 'Elizian' letter a big 'no kidding' label. But there is a point in the letter that stands out to make it obvious that it is fake. The expression 'fairy tale that went all wrong' was put in the letter. These have been the very words the media has been using to create a stir. What a foolish coincidence that Elize replicate them!
