New president of Brazil's highest court makes sexist declaration in his inauguration

Carlos Ayres Britto took office as the new president of the highest court in Brazil - STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), proposing a pact for the fulfilling of the Constitution Law. In his speech, however, he must have embarrassed women, especially Dilma Rousseff, when declaring that 'The silhouette of the truth can only accept transparent dresses.'

Awful for a start. I did not like it at all.
