What moves the (still ongoing) coup in Brazil?

Know the fuel of the coup? Pre-salt. Exploration cost is only $8. All the A-list business schools in São Paulo have been 'teaching' the reverse: the cost is too high to be viable. A big share of the best of pre-salt was already sold (three weeks ago) to Staitoil (Norway) - severely underpriced. Denounced at Brasileiros magazine, Aug edition.

Sure, very few read anything, very few know this magazine, also in print version and sold everywhere.

Not in the magazine: (my investig) car wash operation is not what it claims to be. USA (and Norway) was out of the only pre-salt auction so far (2013). They were very angry with the law regarding the pre-salt, a Lula's piece. The coup started there (the planning), 2013.
Car wash operation sends the federal police to the headquarters of Petrobras (Petróleo Brasileiro) in April 2014 to get some documents - where are they? which exactly documents were they? Nobody says.

World Cup, Elections. Then, when Dilma wins (Oct 2014), car wash hugely 'upgrades'. The 'owners' of car wash - Janot at the top - openly say the team are going to meet up with FBI etc (Feb 2015). Yes, Janot was also at Harvard, Yale... Traveled wildly. Problems with budget? Strangely, none.

March 2015 - Jose Serra (then senator) puts to vote a radical change in the pre-salt law - and, beating resistance among his colleagues, imposes urgency regime to the voting. The law passes there and goes to the Camara (December).

Reward: Jose Serra becomes International Relations minister with Temer still only 'interim president'.

Eduardo Cunha is the president of the Camara when the pre-salt law change gets there. Another coincidence: in December, Cunha - not hiding at all he was under great pressure by car wash guys - accepts the proposal of Dilma's mpeachment openly regretting his act. When the House (Camara) as a whole accepts the impeachment (May 2016), Cunha declares, "God have mercy on this country.'

Pre-salt law continues its course at the Camara with lots of requests from representatives. One of them invites the representative of Chevron to explain about a Wikileaks document showing she had a secret meeting with Jose Serra in recent times. The several questionings make the special commission in charge of examining the proposal ask repeatedly for more time to decide, which is conceded once and again.
But...

Cunha's time comes. Car wash and media force him out. When the new president of the Camara takes over (Mr. Maia), the questionings are all halted, the commission is demanded to give its decision within days. When? July, 19.

Yesterday, while Senate was busy until late hours, trying Dilma, the Camara... was also having discussions which closed as late as 11.30 p.m. The matter? Jose Serra's pre-salt law change.

So, another 'coincidence' will make History's job easy? Oh, no. History which is taught has always dealt very well with coincidences - by showing only part of the facts. E.g.1929 - great crash. Correct. But, have you ever read a book where the creation of the Vatican is depicted together with the Crash? And, many people know (but ignore at the same time...) both happened in the same year.

The latest coincidence: Temer takes over today and the pre-salt law is approved by the Camara. So the first major document Termer will sign is the one sanctioning the new pre-salt law.
