Brazilian journalist denies income distribution is going on

Clóvis Rossi is a Brazilian journalist whose articles I do not miss. His 5/4/2012 "O eleitor vota, a banca governa" is particular relevant for anyone, for it explains much of what is going on not only in Brazil but elsewhere. His lucidity and courage allows him to say what we do not find round and about. Here is the translation into English (by me) of an excerpt.
Watch out! In Brazil it is even worse: last year the government savings in order to pay the debt was 5.72% of  GNP, while Bolsa Família consumed only 0.4% of GNP. And there are still those who insistently claim Brazil is redistributing income. This is the case only if it refers to our income, as tax payers, going to the rich that hold public bonds. (translation by Mariangela Pedro, exclusively published here)
